If you purchase Pork Chop’s Flower Stack™ and you’re not satisfied with the product experience, contact us and we will work with you to make it right — which may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.

What qualifies

To keep this fair for everyone (and to make sure the product was used correctly), here’s what we need:

Time window: Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Order proof: Use the email used at checkout or provide your order number.

Used as directed: Product must be mixed and applied according to the instructions for the format you purchased (vials or bulk).

Good faith use: This guarantee is meant for real customers and real grows — not repeat refund requests.

We keep it simple, but sometimes we’ll ask for:

A quick description of what happened (what you grew, medium, basic feed schedule)

Photos (helpful, not required)

Confirmation you mixed the correct amount and applied at the base / root zone or as directed

What we’ll do to make it right

After we review your message, we’ll choose the best solution:

Replacement product (if it makes sense to retry with adjusted guidance)

Store credit (fastest option if you want to keep stacking)

Refund (when appropriate)

What’s not covered

We’re reasonable, but we can’t guarantee outcomes that are controlled by factors outside the product:

Damage caused by improper storage, contamination, or mixing errors

Issues caused by pests, disease, severe environment swings, or grow-room failures

Problems caused by conflicting nutrients/additives or extreme overfeeding/underfeeding

Orders older than 30 days from delivery

Wholesale / resale returns (those are covered under your Wholesale Buyback Guarantee, not this consumer guarantee)
